The Menu is inspired by Czech, European and Lower Silesian cuisine, as well as the newest trends and techniques of preparing dishes. Bernard’s cooks enjoy preparing old, traditional recipes with contemporary forms and arrangements.
From early morning the restaurant attracts visitors with delicious smell of sweet cakes baked by Bernard’s Confectioner.
Our home-made offer includes not only cakes and desserts, but also dumplings, noodles and stuffed cabbage. Bernard’s Head Chef ensures high quality of all dishes, looks for original ideas, experiments and learns so he can present Bernard’s Guests with new tastes and aromas.
